Stakemill Announces Sales Increase Each Quarter
Stakemill – a division of Bay Pines Investments is proud to announce it has seen a steady rise each quarter in our Survey Supplies Sales. Even in turbulent times, those business weld poised will prosper in sales and market share over those who have overextended themselves and are not strong in their management departments. Stakemill has maintained most of our original customers since our starting in 1978 and have picked up numerous customers left abandoned by closed locations from other suppliers. Seeing a few of our competitors going into their next generation and some who have tried to reach into too many markets, Stakemill has found opportunity to move into those areas now left either un-serviced by those locations closed or ignored by new management.
In late 2008 Stakemill added such suppliers as Sokkia, Dunham & Morrow, Apache Technologies to compliment our Land Survey and GPS lineup from such leaders as Magellan, CST Berger, Seco and Crain. In early 2009 Stakemill has added the product lineup from Spectra Precision and in mid 2009 we will be adding the Topcon lineup. All of these suppliers had more than adequate coverage in Florida prior to their relations with Stakemill, leaving one to wonder how Florida survey suppliers left so many opportunities to arise.
The third quarter of 2009 will have Stakemill looking to expand our clerical and sales staff to keep up with demand from local, international and internet customers. Come join our ever growing family.

Stakemill now stocks both Survey Grade L1 External Antennas and Vehicle Navigation Antennas for Magellan MobileMapper 6 Units. Looking to run FastSurvey or do Post Processing, then consider the Antcom externall antennas we have that are preconfigured to work with Magellan Mobile Mapper 6 units, the L1 antenna requires a cable and pole to work, the Vehicle Navigation will mount to a vehicle with a metal roof or works with a simple ball cap and saftey pin. Both antennas plug directly into the MobileMapper 6 with no adapters, the L1 cable screws into the TNC plug on antenna wherwe the vehicle navigation is molded in. Either way, they are both improvements over the built in antennas when doing precision work that requires greater accuracey.
