Instrument Rental & Repair
Stakemill now offers repair and rentals of survey instruments. We have a section on our web page for those customers with main offices located out of the area to complete the rental or repair process online. All rentals are for local market customers only, we do offer repairs to anyone.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT INFORMATION
Stakemill now offers its regular customers equipment rental on select items, you can rent your items online and reserve them for pick up at our store or arrange to have them delivered with your next field supplies order. Use our online checkout process to help if your main office is out of town or just booking in advance. Walk ins are welcomed and urged to call in advance to reserve item.

We have a standard rental deposit and agreement on all items, plus the weekly or discount monthly rental fee. Please call in advance to reserve date needed, some items are out for extended periods of time.
INSTRUMENT REPAIR
- STAKEMILL now offers repair service through one of Floridas most reliable instrument repair technicians.
- Download our Equipment Repair Form and attach to instrument (please remove all accessories).
- We also offer Battery Recelling, download our Battery Recell Service Form complete with prices.
Our “GOOD AS NEW” repair-
We offer a repair/trade in on Locators, Tribrach’s, Auto Levels, 2-Way Radios and Tripods. Send in your Locator for a CST Magna Trak 101 locator for $450.00, our your Tribrach and we will send you a new Crain Tribrach w/optical plummet for $126.35. Auto Levels are eligiable for a new CST 24x PAL level for $231.00 and send in your 2-way radio for a new Kenwood TK2200V2P radio w/charger for $159.00. We offer a Tripod trade in, please call for current details - 727-538-0886. In some cases it may be a better value to trade in compared to repair. The downtime waiting on parts, even the availability or parts added to the age of equipment may make more sense to just tradeup to a new unit for less than the cost of buying new.
